Celebrating a New Beginning: Association Inauguration at the Department of Education 2025

     On August 13, 2025, the Department of Education proudly hosted the much-awaited Association Inauguration, marking the start of a new chapter of collaboration, growth, and academic excellence.

    The event was graced by the presence of Dr. C. Buvaneswaran, Scientist-G & Head of the Silviculture and Forest Management Division at IFGTB, Coimbatore, who served as the distinguished Resource Person for the occasion.

    Dr. Buvaneswaran delivered a thought-provoking session on the theme: “Equity and Excellence in Education for Lifelong Learning.”  His insights shed light on the urgent need for inclusive and equitable education systems that empower learners of all backgrounds to thrive. He emphasized how true excellence in education lies not just in academic achievement but in cultivating a culture of continuous learning, curiosity, and compassion.

    The address inspired both faculty and students alike, sparking meaningful conversations around how we can shape education that prepares learners for the complexities of the modern world while staying rooted in values of fairness and opportunity for all.
