Try , try and stop not

-Swami Vivekananda
Great leaders don’t set out to
be a leader they set out to make a difference. Its never about the role, its always about the goal. Leadership
is not to tell what to do! But to show how it is done. Leadership is a
particular skill encompassing the ability of an individual or organization to
“lead” or guide other individual team of entire organization.
A 3 day Leadership Training programme was
organised by Dr.M.Chandravathana, Associate Professor and Ms. A.Suryalatha,

The
Leadership Training programme was planned, organised and conducted for three
days from 10th to 12th September, 2018 in the newly
constructed Multi Purpose Hall, School of Education. After planning and
executing preliminary arrangements like fixing the venue for the programme, scheduling
various activities to be performed during the three days to make the student
teachers gain all qualities and skills needed to emerge as good leaders, engaging
resource persons who are good leaders in various fields and preparing all
instructional materials and other accessories to be provided to the students. The
students were divided into various committees to look after the multifarious activities. The
various committees formed were Stage setting committee for various sessions, Discipline
committee, Hospitality committee, Management committee and Reporting committee.
Bearing all the rules and regulations in mind, all the student teacher
actively participated in all the events of the camp and performed the duties perfectly
and cautiously with full involvement and enthusiasm.
